Scott Slayton
Scott Slayton is the Chief Strategist and Partner at Capital Creek Partners, a privately-held investment firm headquartered in Austin, Texas. He provides the firm and its clients with macro strategy insights, with his work directed at large liquid public assets including fixed income, credit, equities, commodities, and currencies. He has also been involved in asset allocation across both public and private investments. Scott has over 35 years of experience having worked at major Wall Street institutions, hedge funds, and the nation's largest public endowment. Prior to joining Capital Creek, Scott was the Head of Asset Allocation at UTIMCO where he served on the firm's Management, Investment, and Risk Management Committees.

Scott's career has spanned major Wall Street institutions, hedge funds, and the nation's largest public endowment.
He was a Managing Director and Global Macro Strategist at UTIMCO and served as Chief Macro Strategist for Jamison Capital Partners.
He was a Portfolio Manager for Tudor Investment Corporation where he managed a $200 million global macro portfolio.
He was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, where he focused on equity research marketing and global macro.
Earlier, he was Vice President and Equity Research Analyst covering electric and gas utilities for Kidder, Peabody & Co.
