Sebastien Page is Head of Global Multi-Asset and Chief Investment Officer at T. Rowe Price, a premiere global asset management firm. He oversees a team of investment professionals dedicated to actively managing a broad set of multi-asset portfolios representing more than $456 billion in assets, including the firm's target date franchise. Sebastien has over 20 years of industry experience. His work in quantitative and fundamental research serves as a foundation for his unique perspective across asset classes – equities, fixed income, and alternatives. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price in 2015, he was an Executive Vice President at PIMCO, where he led a team focused on research and development of multi-asset solutions. He also served as Senior Managing Director at State Street Global Markets. Sebastien is the author of Beyond Diversification: What Every Investor Needs to Know About Asset Allocation.

Sebastien joined T. Rowe Price in 2015 as Co-Head of Asset Allocation and Global Multi-Asset.
He serves as the Chair of the Asset Allocation Steering Committee, responsible for the management and oversight of the Multi-Asset Division.
He is also a member of the Management Committee of T. Rowe Price.

EARLY CAREER
At PIMCO, he led a team focused on the development of models and research related to client solutions, including asset allocation, risk factor budgeting, dynamic strategies, as well as product development.
During his tenure at State Street, he increased assets under management in currencies from $5 billion to $30 billion by implementing his research-sales marketing strategy.
His strategy generated more than $90 million in trading commissions. He was also responsible for developing an optimal trading algorithm for State Street.
He co-authored award-winning research papers for The Journal of Portfolio Management in 2003, 2010, and 2011 and the Financial Analysts Journal in 2010 and 2014.
