Wade Pfau, PhD, CFA, RICP®, is the Founder of Retirement Researcher, an educational resource for retirement income planning, Co-Founder of the Retirement Income Style Awareness® profile and Co-Host of the Retire with Style podcast. Pfau is also the Professor of Practice in the PhD in Financial and Retirement Planning program at the American College of Financial Services, and serves as a Principal and Director of Retirement Research for McLean Asset Management and inStream, helping to build retirement income solutions for clients. Pfau is widely published in leading peer-reviewed, practitioner-based financial planning research journals in the fields of financial and retirement planning. He hosts the Retirement Researcher blog, and is a monthly columnist for Advisor Perspectives, a RetireMentor for MarketWatch, a contributor to Forbes, and an Expert Panelist for The Wall Street Journal. In addition, he serves as Co-Director of the American College Center for Retirement Income, and RICP® program director at The American College of Financial Services.
