Bradley Duke is the Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of ETC Group, a London-based issuer of digital asset exchange-traded products. He also serves as Head of Europe for Bitwise Asset Management after its acquisition of ETC Group in 2024. Bradley is a prominent thought leader in the digital asset space. He has spent most of his career in regulated financial services as well as young technology companies. He co-founded fintech and payments company Zapper and also worked at the trading powerhouse, KCG in London, where he headed the team at Knight Direct Europe. Previously, he worked for investment bank Jefferies at their offices in New York, Paris and London.

Bradley served as a Non-Executive Director for BEQUANT Exchange, a prime brokerage and digital assets exchange custodian.
He served as Co-CEO of BCS UK and Head of Global Markets at BCS GMIB.
He was a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Zapper and Managing Director of KCG, now Virtu Financial.
He spent almost 8 years at Jefferies, most recently as Head of Electronic Trading Services.
