David Modiano is a Managing Director of Capital Strategies at Thalēs, a technology-driven derivatives brokerage and capital raising firm. Modiano is a business development professional with expertise in hedge funds and alternative investments' sourcing and structuring, as well as institutional capital raising in the U.S., Canada, and Europe. Previously, he was a Partner and Head of Business Development at Mill Hill Capital, a New York-based credit hedge fund.
