EARLY CAREER
Grant is widely respected as a visionary in the financial industry with a career spanning 35 years as an investor, advisor, writer and interviewer.
He began his career in the Japanese equity market in the mid-1980s, before a three-year posting to Tokyo.
After that, Grant worked in Hong Kong, New York, and Singapore, where he ran Asian equity, ADR/GDR trading desks, and convertible bonds.
He also spent time in Sydney, where he traded Australian equities. He has also worked for UBS and Credit Suisse.
Later in his career, he served as the Head of Asian Trading for Jeffries in Singapore.
