Hope Bryant is the Vice Chairwoman of First Citizens Bank, the largest family-owned bank in the United States. Bryan has over 35 years of extensive management and financial experience. She leads FCB’s General Bank including their expansive branch network, wealth management and other business lines such as treasury management, insurance and merchant. She is responsible for the management of markets in Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Missouri, Texas, Colorado, Oklahoma, Arizona, New Mexico, California, Oregon and Washington state. In addition to her role at FCB, she also serves on the Board of Directors and Board Committees of not-for-profit entities and foundations.

Bryant joined FCB in 1985 and has held various leadership positions over the years, including managing IronStone Bank's expansion into new markets.
She has been involved in taking business to new markets and helping the firm establish banking operations in various locations.
She was appointed Vice Chairman in 2011 and has been instrumental in the firm's expansion across the United States.
She leads the General Bank, which includes all First Citizens banking regions, the Business Services division, First Citizens Wealth, Community Association Banking, SBA lending, Sales Finance, the SVB wine division and more.
