James Medeiros
James Medeiros is President of Investcorp-Tages, a leading global multi-manager investment firm. Medeiros has 25 years of industry experience. He spent 12 years at hedge fund manager Graham Capital Management, most recently as CEO, with overall responsibility for the management and oversight of the firm’s investor relations, risk management, and technology infrastructure and development efforts. Under his leadership, Graham Capital Management grew significantly and expanded across a range of alternative investment strategies. He was also one of the original employees at Fortress Investment Group, where he assisted the firm’s principals in raising their initial investment funds and managed investor relationships.

He was a member of the firm's investment, risk, operating, compliance, and cybersecurity awareness committees.
Before becoming a CEO, he was a Senior Managing Director and Head of Marketing and Investor Relations.
EARLY CAREER
Medeiros served in investor relations at Moore Capital, and was a senior member of the team responsible for business development and management.
He was a founding employee at Fortress Investment Group, and was a private equity associate on distressed debt and real estate related transactions.
He moved with the management team from BlackRock to UBS Securities to Fortress at its inception in 1998.
