Jay Richards is a prominent public policy scholar, author, and thought leader serving as Vice President of Social and Domestic Policy at The Heritage Foundation. He is also the Director of the Richard and Helen DeVos Center for Human Flourishing and the William E. Simon Senior Research Fellow in American Principles and Public Policy, where his work focuses on strengthening civil society, advancing human flourishing, and shaping U.S. social and domestic policy.
