Joanna Zeng is the Co-Founder and CEO of SOON, the highly efficient roll-up stack designed to deliver top-tier performance across all layer 1 blockchains. Zeng has been in crypto since 2017 and has led business development and partnerships at Coinbase, Optimism and Aleo. Prior to SOON, she served as Vice President and Head of Business Development at Aleo, where she helped build the ecosystem from scratch. Before joining the crypto movement, she spent a decade in traditional finance at top firms including Citigroup, BNP Paribas, and Lehman Brothers. Zeng is also the Founder of Crypto NYC, a crypto developers' community promoting and funding blockchain technology ventures in New York City.
