Kyle Brown is the CEO of Trinity Capital, an international alternative asset manager for the private credit market. He is responsible for directing the company's lending policies, investment strategy and strategic vision. Brown joined Trinity in 2015 with over 15 years of fund management and financial services experience. Prior to Trinity, he founded and served as managing partner of Sharp Equity, LLC and as President of Brown Equity, LLC, companies established to provide equity and bridge debt financing in the real estate sector. Both Sharp Equity and Brown Equity managed multiple private offerings and deployed over $250M in capital.
Brown has served as Trinity's CEO since 2024, and has served as President, CIO and a member of the Board of Directors since 2019.
He oversees the firm's executive team, growth initiatives, and investment strategy.
He was an original member of the Investment Committee of Trinity Capital and was a Managing Partner of Trinity’s predecessor funds since 2015.
Under his leadership, Trinity continues to expand the firm’s portfolio and strategic relationships.

He founded Brown Equity Lending, a provider of short-term bridge loan financing for real estate investors.
He also co-founded Sharp Equity Homes, a company that acquired distressed property during the real estate collapse utilizing a proprietary web application to identify real estate going to foreclosure.
Before that, he was a Senior Managing Director for Carnegie First Lending Services.
