Larry Cunningham is one of the foremost experts on Berkshire Hathaway and corporate governance. He is the author of The Essays of Warren Buffett, which Cunningham self-published into an international best-seller that he has arranged for translation into a dozen languages. Prior to his retirement in 2022, he was Henry St. George Tucker III Research Professor of Law at George Washington University. He also taught at Boston College Law School, where he served a two-year term as Associate Dean for Academic Affairs. His extensive work has been published in top university reviews such as Columbia Law Review, influential professional journals such as Directors & Boards, and mainstream media such as The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal. Today, Cunningham ​advises companies, boards and shareholders and continues to serve on numerous corporate boards, of both private and public companies.
