Matt Patsky
Matthew Patsky is Chief Executive Officer and Lead Portfolio Manager of Trillium Asset Management, an impact-driven, environmental, social and governance focused firm that has been at the forefront of ESG investing for nearly 40 years. With over three decades of experience in investment research and investment management, Matt has become widely considered as an expert in socially and environmentally responsible investing. Prior to joining Trillium, he worked at Winslow Management Company where he served as Director of Research, Chairman of the Investment Committee, and Portfolio Manager for the Green Growth and Green Solutions Strategies. While at Lehman, he was the first sell side analyst in the United States to publish on the topic of socially responsible investing in 1994. Matt is a frequent commentator on sustainable and responsible investing, and has appeared on CNBC, ABC and Fox News.

Matt is Lead Portfolio Manager of the Trillium ESG Global Equity strategy and Portfolio Manager of the Trillium Sustainable Opportunities strategy.
He was a Director of Equity Research for Adams, Harkness & Hill, a firm which focused on small cap growth in consumers, healthcare and technology.
At Adams, he built the firm’s powerful research capabilities in socially and environmentally responsible areas such as renewable energy, and organic and natural products.
He began his career at Lehman Brothers in 1984 as a technology analyst. In 1989, he began to incorporate environmental, social, and governance factors into his research.
He has been featured in Barron's, the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, the Associated Press, and other major media.
Matt currently serves on the board of TONIIC and is a member of the Social Venture Circle (SVC).
He is a member of the CFA Society Boston and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
