Philip Kessler is a Co-founder and Managing Partner of SWS Partners, an RIA that emphasizes the application of advanced technology in delivering contemporary asset management and financial planning solutions to clients. At SWS, Philip made technology one of the primary tenets of the firm, with primary focus on succession planning and private investments for the ultra-wealthy, family offices, endowments and foundations. He focuses on serving the ultra-affluent through effective estate and investment planning by curating private equity investments, business acquisitions, and investments in alternative assets. A 20-year veteran of the investment management industry, Philip has developed the expertise and experience to deliver multidisciplinary solutions focusing on the unique financial and estate planning needs of each client. Throughout his career, Philip has been actively involved in the review and analysis of private equity investments, and has served as an advisor to early stage technology companies.

He is currently an advisor for Rev1 Ventures advisor Network and IKOVE Venture Partners, a VC company founded to pursue early stage investments with emphasis on technology.
Prior to SWS, he was a Wealth Management Advisor at Merrill Lynch, and a Vice President and Financial Advisor for Bernstein Global.
