Rasheed Hammouda is Head of Product at Compound Planning, where he leads the product team in the development and execution of product strategy at the company. Rasheed is a former advisor turned entrepreneur with a decade of experience in wealth and asset management. He specializes in commercially focused product development that spans customer segments as small as single license buyers to large publicly traded enterprises. Before joining Compound, Rasheed was the Co-Founder and CEO of BridgeFT, a WealthTech data and software provider. Under his leadership, BridgeFT oversaw over $50 billion in assets under management and nearly 300 clients.

Prior to BridgeFT, he was a Trust and Investment Advisor with PNC where he worked with high net worth clients within the firm's asset management group.
He worked as a journalist covering politics, economics, and investments in the Middle East for multionational trade publications.
He was a Columnist for Daily News Egypt, and an Attending Reporter at the Economist's Annual Egyption Government Roundtable.
