For over 15 years, Sabrina Fox has worked in the leveraged finance market as a lawyer specializing in high yield bond offerings and covenant analysis. She spent most of her career in Europe, working to equip investors with tools to make sound investment decisions. Fox has led teams in the creation of new products and innovative approaches to covenant analysis and negotiation. Her present focus has been to foster engagement between all participants to build a stronger European leveraged finance market. She is a strong advocate of transparency with a passion for education.
