McGhee leads Pivotal Advisors in its mission to exceed client investment objectives and maximize their impact.
She works with firm leadership to set and execute the firm's vision, strategy, and voice within the institutional investment community.
She chairs the firm’s investment committee, overseeing investment research and manager due diligence.
She is the lead advisor for the firm’s largest relationships.

At Merrill Lynch, McGhee managed investments for wealthy families, non-profit and for-profit institutions.
At T. Rowe Price, she managed relationships and coordinated prospective and existing institutional mutual fund clients in the private bank and broker-dealer sales channels.
At TIAA, she managed investment strategy and implemented asset allocation across various asset classes, including multi-asset, growth, value, emerging markets, ESG, fixed income.
