A closed-end strategy, focusing on distressed opportunities in North American and European mid-market companies. This strategy targets the senior debt of businesses that are fundamentally sound, but may be in financial distress.

A closed-end strategy, with the broadest mandate of the SVP funds. It invests across the full-range of investment opportunities, including event-driven, deep value opportunities; private debt restructurings and special situations; mezzanine, rescue financings and structured equity; control and significant influence private equity opportunities.
