Amanda Tepper is the Founder and CEO of Chestnut Advisory Group, an investor relations consulting firm serving the asset management industry and providing outsourced investor education services. With more than 25 years of experience across capital markets, she has held several significant roles that led her to hone her expertise in asset management business development. Prior to founding Chestnut, Amanda served as Global Director of AllianceBernstein’s senior portfolio management team, a group that crafted and delivered the firm’s investment insights to institutional and retail clients and consultants. Amanda has deep experience in sell-side equity research, with multiple recognitions as a member of Institutional investor's "All-America" research team while at JPMorgan, and as Associate Director of equity research at Bank of America.
At AllianceBernstein, Amanda led the firm's product specialists as they marketed all of AB's investment products to institutional investors.
Before moving to the sell-side Amanda spent five years as an investment banker in JPMorgan’s retail industries group.
She began her Wall Street career on a bond trading desk, moving on to bond sales and investment banking before becoming an equity analyst.
