David Bonanno is the Chief Financial Officer at Bullish, a regulated digital asset exchange and technology company focused on developing financial services for the digital assets and blockchain sector. Prior to his current role as CFO, David joined Bullish in 2023 as Chief Strategy Officer.
He has been an integral part of the Bullish executive team, actively leading capital allocation, business strategy, and key partnerships.

David spent 12 years at Third Point most recently as Managing Director.
He was responsible for analyzing and executing public and private investment opportunities across a broad range of industries including financial technology, financial services, telecommunications, energy and real estate.
He was also responsible for the Third Point Hellenic Recovery Fund.

EARLY CAREER

Over the years, David has served in senior leadership roles for companies that have collectively issued more than $4 billion in equity and over $30 billion in debt through the public and private capital markets.
He completed three initial public offerings on major US and European exchanges.
Prior to Third Point, he was an Associate in the Private Equity and Distressed Investment Group at Cerberus Capital Management
He worked at Rothschild Inc. as an Analyst in the Restructuring Group from 2004 to 2006.
