Pei Chen
Pei Chen is Chief Growth Officer at IOVLabs, a builder of disruptive, decentralized blockchain technologies, where she leads the firm's commercial group. Prior to her current role, she served as IOVLab's Vice President of Growth. Chen has over 15 years of experience creating and implementing key business strategies for cutting-edge financial technology products at growth organizations and startups. Previously, she was the Head of Americas Sales at Digital Asset, a fintech company that develops Distributed Ledger Technology infrastructure, where she spearheaded the effort to build out the Americas sales organization, execute business strategies, and originate greenfield opportunities. She also served as Director of Business Development at ConsenSys, one of the largest blockchain venture studios and software providers. Today, Chen is also a part of Women in Blockchain, one of the earliest grassroots organizations to DEI in Web3.
