Roberto Sallouti is the CEO of BTG Pactual, the largest investment bank in Latin America. Sallouti has over 30 years of experience in investment banking and financial markets, and has held various leadership roles within BTG Pactual and other major financial institutions. Under his leadership, BTG Pactual has expanded its operations in investment banking, asset management, and wealth management throughout Latin America. He has also spearheaded the firm's digital initiatives to enhance its retail market presence. He has also served as the joint head of the Latin American Fixed Income, Currencies, and Commodities (FICC) group at UBS AG. As a philanthropist, Sallouti has dedicated his efforts to education, has supported various education initiatives for public school students, and endowed scholarships at Wharton, Graded and Inteli.

Sallouti joined BTG Pactual in 1994 as a Fixed Income Trader and, subsequently, was the Head of the bank’s domestic and international fixed income trading desks.
Under his leadership, BTG Pactual has expanded its operations in investment banking, asset management, and wealth management throughout Latin America.
He was named a Partner in 1998, and became the firm’s Chief Operating Officer in 2008. He was appointed as CEO in 2015.
