Grant's Interest Rate Observer is an independent, value-oriented and contrary-minded journal of the financial markets. The publication aims to identify investment opportunities in a range of markets at both extremes of valuation, high and low alike. Each issue contains a long idea, a short idea, a macroeconomic comment and a monetary or credit analysis. In every 12-page issue, Jim Grant presents long and short investment candidates in a range of asset classes—equities, fixed income and real-estate to name a few—as well as astute observations on interest rates, monetary policy, the credit markets and currencies.
