Hogan started his career as a Floor Broker at the Boston Stock Exchange, where he spearheaded Fidelity's floor brokerage operation,
He served as an Institutional Equity Trader at Morgan Stanley and was later Head of Institutional Equity Sales and Trading at Dean Witter.
He also worked at the management of all aspects of Lazard Capital Markets Equity Research, where he helped maximize impact within the marketplace by shaping message, style, content and delivery.
He has served as a member of the Board of Governors of Boston Stock Exchange, Inc., and a member of the Board of Directors of NASDAQ OMX BX, Inc.
