He is the Founder, CEO, and Chairman of M∙CAM, an international leader in intellectual property-based financial risk management. Under his leadership, M∙CAM has established a global standard in patent quality and commercial validity assessment and management. David is the developer of several innovation-based quantitative indices of public equities. He has also been at the forefront of IP management system development for over a decade, developing the world's first international intellectual property auditing systems. David managed the Innovation Alpha ETFs and is the creator of the public equity index CNBC IQ100, which is now the leading economic indicator for the U.S. and Global Innovation Economy published by The Conference Board. He is also a Batten Fellow at the University of Virginia's Darden Graduate School of Business Administration.
