Noreen Beaman
Noreen Beaman is the President of Orion Advisor Solutions, an advisory technology and investment solutions firm. Previously, Noreen was Founding Partner and CEO of Brinker Capital, an investment management firm merged with Orion in 2020. She charted Brinker's strategic future, developing a broader business strategy, while also overseeing major operational, financial and strategic decisions. As an industry leader and experienced professional with a demonstrated history of working in the investment management industry, Noreen is skilled in coaching, sales, asset management, securities, and ETFs. She is also a passionate contributor and frequently participates in panels to discuss the importance of women and greater diversity, equity, and inclusion in wealth management. In addition, Noreen is often a featured speaker and writer on the topics of women in the workplace, equality and diversity.
Noreen is also a Member of Orion Advisor's Board of Directors, and is instrumental in the company's growth.
During her tenure at Brinker, she helped advisors and their clients build better outcomes for over 30 years.
She also has experience managing day to day operations and product development across all areas of Brinker.
Previously, she was a Treasurer for Mutual Benefit Capital Companies, and a Senior Associate at Ernst & Young.
Noreen is passionate about connecting members of the next gen with industry veterans to further enhance their knowledge and insights.
She holds a Certified Public Accountant designation, and is a graduate of Saint Peter's College with a degree in Accounting.
