Perianne Boring
Perianne Boring is a driving force in the blockchain and digital asset revolution and the Founder and CEO of The Digital Chamber, the world’s largest trade association representing the blockchain industry. Under her leadership, The Digital Chamber has been instrumental in shaping the regulatory landscape for blockchain. Through the Chamber, she has launched multiple national and global initiatives promoting best practices, real-world applications and regulatory interoperability. Prior to The Chamber, Perianne served as a television anchor for an international finance program that ran in more than 100 countries and reached over 650 million viewers. She began her career as a Legislative Analyst in the U.S. House of Representatives, advising on finance, economics, tax, and healthcare policy.

She has founded several key industry initiatives at the Chamber, including the Blockchain Alliance, a public-private forum between industry and law enforcement; the Global Blockchain Forum, an international initiative developing industry best practices to help shape global regulatory interoperability; and the Digital Assets Accounting Consortium, which is establishing accounting, auditing, and reporting standards for digital assets.
