Steven Bavaria writes about finance, economics and politics, drawing on his fifty years experience in international banking, credit, investment, journalism and public service. Steven was a former reporter and financial executive with 50 years of experience at top financial institutions. He worked at the Bank of Boston, where he handled international credit workouts and at Standard & Poor's, where he introduced ratings to the leveraged loan market. Steven is the creator and developer of The Income Factory® philosophy, outlined in his book “The Income Factory”, designed to maximize cash income with peace of mind in all market environments.
The Income Factory shows how to build an income stream that increases solidly and consistently-a result of re-investing and compounding the dividends.
It shows that double-digit returns need not be derived from either growth or growth and income but are achievable from income and its reinvestment alone.
It demonstrates how wealth building is possible in a style divorced from the more conventional approach of balancing growth and income.
Delivered by Seeking Alpha, Inside the Income Factory lets hundreds of members learn and implement an Income Factory strategy alongside Steven.
The Income Factory creates its own growth by reinvesting and compounding the "river of cash" generated by its high-yielding portfolio
Other features include a chat room, model portfolios, and ongoing insights into Steven's personal portfolio and his view of current economic and market trends.
