Vince Sarullo
Vince Sarullo is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Tower Fund Services, a full-service fund administration firm that caters to the emerging manager. Tower’s suite of tailored solutions include fund startup, accounting, valuation, and reporting services to investment managers in all strategies and structures. In his role as MD, he leads the business development and culture initiatives of the company. With more than 25 years of industry experience, Vince provides a great resource of prospects and clients for fund structuring, best practices implementation and transaction assistance. He is a regular speaker at industry events and the author “Alternative Investments: The Basics to Survival”, where he demonstrates core values including “to teach and be taught”.

Prior to co-founding Tower, he was Managing Director of Apex Fund Services, responsible for creating and running the US operations for the global administration group.
He also served as CFO and CCO of New York based investment management firms including Terrapin Asset Management, Odyssey Investment Partners, and Butler Capital Corporation.
His previous roles are in the areas of RIA for hedge funds, funds of funds and private equity investment.
He also has experience in middle market private equity and mezzanine lending.
He started his investment services career in Deloitte, focusing on investment and real estate funds.
He specializes in business development, fund structuring consulting, technical guidance, investment fund creation and administration.
