E.J. Antoni is a Research Fellow and Public Finance Economist in the Grover M. Hermann Center for the Federal Budget at The Heritage Foundation, a conservative think tank and research institution, where his research focuses on fiscal and monetary policy. Antoni is a professional economist whose research has been featured with numerous think tanks and institutes. Prior to joining The Heritage Foundation, he was an Economist at Texas Public Policy Foundation, an Economic Consultant for FreedomWorks, and has taught courses ranging from labor economics to money and banking.
Prior to his current role, he was a Research Fellow for Regional Economics at the Center for Data Analysis at The Heritage Foundation.
The Foundation aims to formulate and promote conservative public policies based on the principles of free enterprise, limited government, individual freedom, traditional American values, and a strong national defense.
EARLY CAREER
At the Committee to Unleash Prosperity, he conducted self-directed research and produced econometric-based studies as a Senior Fellow.
He was an Economist with the Texas Public Policy Foundation, a non profit, non-partisan research institute.
He focused on empirical analysis of monetary, trade, tax, labor, regulatory, and health policies as an Economic Consultant for FreedomWorks.
He served as a Graduate Instructor at Northern Illinois University and an Adjunct Professor at Sauk Valley Community College
