Lars Seier Christensen is the Founder and Chairman of Concordium, the L1 science-backed blockchain. Christensen is a global pioneer in FX and derivatives trading with over 30 years of experience across the banking and financial sector. He co-founded Saxo Bank, an award-winning online trading and investment platform. He led Saxo Bank as Co-CEO for over 20 years, in which time the bank grew to 1,500 employees across 150 locations serving customers in 170 countries. As a very early adopter of the internet, Christensen is now focused on the transformative potential of blockchain in its various forms. He is also the Founder and Owner of Seier Capital, a private equity and venture capital firm which specializes in investments in angel, seed, and A-round stage companies.
