David Kotok has played a prominent role in both global finance and public service. He chaired the Central Banking Series, organizing dialogues across five continents in cities including Cape Town, Hong Kong, Hanoi, Milan, Paris, Philadelphia, Prague, Rome, Santiago, Shanghai, Singapore, Tallinn, and Zambia.
Kotok has also served as a Commissioner of the Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) and contributed to the Treasury Transition Teams for New Jersey Governors Kean and Whitman.
