Elias Rauch is a Co-founding Partner at Gitterman Wealth Management, a leader in the Sustainable, Impact, and ESG investing space. Prior to co-founding Gitterman Wealth, he was a Senior Vice President of FX Credit Derivatives Trading at National Bank of Canada, and Senior Vice President and Chief Dealer with NatWest Business. Eli’s investment banking career began in 1982, encompassing work done in Boston, Amsterdam, London and New York City. In 1992, Eli built a small Financial Planning practice with private clients, specializing in pre & post retirement planning. As a co-founding partner, Eli’s practice is focused on high net-worth individuals, small business owners, foundations and endowments. As a part of his alumni activities, Eli mentors undergraduate and graduate students through Career Services Shadow Programs.
Eli was frequently invited to lecture at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Kean University, and Rutgers University.
In 2001, he was invited to be one of the keynote lecturers at the New Jersey State Conference of the American Association of University Professors.
He was a Vice President for ABN AMRO Bank and Assistant Vice President for Shawmut Bank where he was in charge of Forex Trading.
He holds degrees in Economics, specializing in International MacroEconomics, Econometrics, International Fixed Income, Swaps & Derivatives and Financial Planning.
Additionally, he holds a Financial Planner Certification from New York University, and FINRA Series 66 and Series 7 designations.
