Tariq Dennison is a Wealth Manager and Investment Adviser at GFM Asset Management. In this capacity, he manages individual retirement accounts and employer-sponsored pension funds at his own firm. - Tariq started working, investing, and made his first real money in Silicon Valley in the late 1990s.
- He traded Société Générale's first Thai Baht denominated credit-linked note.
- He traded CIBC's first Canadian dollar interest-rate linked EMTN in Asia since 1998.
- At Microsoft, he developed a real-time algorithm for calculating tiered pricing of web conferences with large numbers of users and awarded a patent with Bob Anderson.
- He traveled to over 80 countries, including 23 emerging market countries, and visited on a continuous train tour from Turkey to Singapore in 2009.
- He is one of the few Hong Kong-based specialists in US-tax deferred savings and investment accounts, including IRA, 401(k), 529, and HSA accounts.
