Prior to starting Pantera Capital in 2003, he made significant strides in the world of finance. He was the Founder and CEO of Atriax, an electronic foreign exchange platform. Before that, he was Head of Macro Trading and Chief Financial Officer at Tiger Global Management with Julian Robertson. He has also held prestigious positions internationally, including serving as the Global Head of FX Options at Deutsche Bank in London and leading derivatives trading units at Bankers Trust in both North America and Japan, managing a global macro fund.
